Aren't they just? You push and push and keep on hurting them, and they still even want to save you. And then they hate themselves for hating you. It's so funny.

Oh, and the expressions on their faces every time they realize the world is crueler than they want it; when they realize they can barely save anyone, much less everyone.

Mmhmm, you can see them dying little by little with each one they lose. I remember the expression on Allen's face when I made that Akuma destroy itself instead of letting him save it. The pain~ bleeding out of his eyes.
