At least there's a lot of people to...talk to here, when I'm bored. And conversations keep on coming back to the same subject.

Maybe just the time~ of year, or maybe because of the place, but I think it goes to show the kind of thing people ~~waste time to~~ think about. So many opinions and no two the same.

Tell me, City~. What's a monster?

People define monsters.

I think it's whatever they fear.

Which is why so often they're the monsters themselves.

And sometimes they're right.

But things can change.

They can change all they like.

There'll always be monsters.

But the monsters can change, too.

A lot of reasons.

Then they were never a real monster in the first place.

Wrong.

A monster can't change. No matter how much it would like to.

That part of it that makes it a monster will always~ be there.

Greater limitation excuses smaller?

Yeah.

About as much as smaller excuses greater, but no one ever pays attention to that, do they~?

No. People don't pay attention to much.
